We are a freestyle Karate and Kickboxing dojo based in Banwell, North Somerset, suitable for all abilities and ages 4 and above.
Sensei Chris Bainton has nearly 2 decades of experience and a passion for Martial Arts and teaching.
We offer a free trial class and have multiple membership options to suit your budget.
Courage, Honour and Respect form the clubs ethos and we incorporate these three values into every class.
Our Dojo
We have a well equipped Dojo with training mats throughout, punch bags for adults and children, training mirrors, pads, kick shields, circuit/hiit equipment and more.
All of our equipment is high quality and regularly checked and maintained for safety.
We offer transformative martial arts training to adults and children. Our focus is on quality, safety and fun. We provide a place of learning and community for everyone!
A percentage of each membership fee goes towards The BMABA Fighting Chance Charitable Foundation.
The BMABA Fighting Chance Charitable Foundation changes lives through Martial Arts, using it as a tool to empower and transform.
